TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- Duration is an estimate based on experience. There is no time pressure and start and end times are flexible and adaptable.

-What is included in the tours:In Tours and transfers, tolls and driver/guide expenses are included. on pages of each tour, we reserve a space where we inform what is or is not included.

- All taxes and insurance included according to Portuguese law.
- Day trips have a period for 
lunch break and we stop at places where there are options for lunch or quick snacks. All meals are at the customer's expense.

Additional services to the contracted one: starting and/or finish outside Lisbon has a transfer fee increase to the starting or ending place of the Tour;

- To secure a spot, make a reservation with at minimum 3 weeks in advance.

- Last minute reservations (less than 24 hours) must be made by phone and paid in full.

Tour other than those offered: just ask and we will send you a quote according to your proposal.

- Wheelchair people:Unfortunately, our vehicles are not yet ready to accommodate people with special needs.

Delays at the start of the tour: in case of delay by the client, the guide may inform about a possible limitation of visits to the attractions. In case of delay due to the failure of 'MoonShadow Tours' beyond 1 hour, we will refund the value referring to the percentage of lost time.

Transfers: in between at 20:00 and 08:00 have addition of night supplement;
- Services continued after 20:00 are plus the cost of meals, parking and/or tolls; 

- Forrequest transfer service you must send an email to obtain the budget value or a telephone call.

- A MoonShadow Tours not responsible for any objects stolen, lost or forgotten inside our vehicles;

- We are not responsible for excess baggage or unusual dimensions that, due to lack of prior notice at the time of awarding the service, do not allow the use of the contracted vehicle;

 

- Are prohibited, inside the vehicle the following actions:

    *Smoking.

    *Transport of animals.

    *Intake of meals and beverages with the exception of bottled water.

    *Any movement that is harmful to other occupants and the driver, including circulating with body members or objects outside the limits of the vehicle.

-   It is the sole responsibility of those causing damage to pay for these, when caused, whether by accident or negligence, to MoonShadowTours assets (car…).

SAFETY MEASURES - COVID-19

- Due to the current state of the pandemic it is mandatory the use of a mask during the entire course of the tour, for clients and guides inside monuments and inside any of the places that can be visited.

- DiWe provide alcohol-gel  before entering vehicles.

- Visitors must always keep the same seat throughout the trip.

- The company ensures all the cleaning and sanitizing of its vehicles. Vehicle areas will be cleaned throughout the day by the guide (e.g. door handles)

- The customer must bring his mask, but we can also provide them for a symbolic value.

- The group must keep their distance while accompanying the guide.

- The vehicle will be completely cleaned and disinfected after each activity, (ex: windows, seats, carpets)

-Necessary precautions: 

    * Wash your hands;

    * Use alcohol-gel throughout the day;

    * Maintain a safe distance;

    * Use the inside of your arm to cough or sneeze;

MoonShadow Tours reserves the right to refuse tours if your customers don't wear a mask.

CANCELLATION POLICY

​​- Customer cancellations up to 72 hours before the start, you will get 100% refund.
- Customer cancellations up to 48 hours before the start date, your money will be refunded by 25%, this amount will never be less than 25€ or more than 250€.

- Customer cancellations in the previous 24 hours at the beginning, without the right to a refund.

- Cancellations by the company up to 24 hours before the start, with full refund of money

- Tours can be canceled by the operator or Civil Protection, under adverse weather conditions. If the tour cannot be completed, it will be rescheduled if the customer agrees or refunds the amount paid.

What type of information do we collect?
- We receive and store the information that you add to our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the email address; computer and internet information.  

- We may use tools to measure and collect navigation information, including page response time, total visit time on certain pages, page interaction information and methods used to leave the page. - Our business is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with an online platform that allows us to sell products and services to our customers.

- Your information may be stored in the Wix.com database. Wix.com stores your information on firewall-secured servers.

PCI DSS is an information security standard for organizations or businesses that accept payments with a credit card.
